The auction market for commercial property is booming. This September in the commercial auction market alone there was £154M of sales compared with £107.8M in 2020.
Demand & competition is fierce & there is an increased appetite at auction. More and more is being spent investing in commercial property at auction. Indeed in Q3, 11% of all UK Bridging Loan purposes was for financing an Auction Purchase (up from 4% the previous quarter).
