What are Exit Fees?

Exit fees otherwise referred to as redemption fees or discharge fees, are added to a loan when repaid. Typically, the rates equal one month's interest or 1-2% of the whole loan amount.

If you decide to pay your bridging loan off early, most bridging loan lenders will not charge you an early repayment fee, which will save you money on interest payments.
