A regulated bridging loan is a secured, interest-only, short-term advance providing borrowers access to funding when they need it. 

FCA-regulated bridging loans are secured on residential property personally owned by the borrower which:

  • they may occupy now or in the future or 
  • may be occupied by other family member(s) now or in the future.
