Cash Flow Statement

A Cash Flow Statement (CFS) is a financial statement that shows how changes in balance sheet accounts and income affect cash and cash equivalents, and vice versa.

This is important for development finance because it allows lenders to see whether a company has the ability to meet its financial obligations in the short-term, as well as assess its potential for generating future cash flows.
