LTV

Loan-to-value (LTV) is a term lenders use to measure the relationship between the loan amount and the asset's market value.

Bridging lenders will use this percentage to identify any potential risk when lending to you.

Most lenders will usually have a maximum LTV of around 75%; however, you may be able to obtain 100% LTV using another property as extra security.
