Mediation

Mediation is a process in which a neutral third party (a mediator) facilitates an informal and confidential discussion between two sides in order to help settle a dispute. The mediator does not make decisions, is not legally qualified and cannot impose any resolutions. It's simply about bringing people together to talk through their problems with the possibility of reaching their own settlement.
