Introduce bridging and development finance enquiries - and earn market-leading commission

We work with a number of introducers and partners across the world to ensure that their clients have access to the asset-based finance they need - when they need it.

Whether it's seizing a time-critical opportunity to acquire land or property, or financing a development project, we're specialists in arranging fast bridging finance and development finance.

Our panel of lenders includes many family offices and private investors who cut away the red tape often associated with main stream lending. They're focused on moving fast - seriously fast.

If you work on the front line with individuals and businesses in a financial advisory capacity, you can register as a Finbri introducer and earn a great commission simply by referring your clients to us.

How it works

When your client asks you about bridging finance or property development finance, or when you suggest they may benefit from speaking with a financial broker, you refer them to us.

How we can help

We have two primary finance types that we can arrange.

Bridging Finance

We can arrange fast short-term bridging finance (typically no longer than 24 months), secured by property assets in the UK, Europe or USA, for loans up to £250m.

Development Finance

We're adept at sourcing and structuring finance for property development in the UK.

What you say to your client

As you don’t offer advice in these areas, you inform the client that you work in close partnership with Finbri who are specialists in this type of financing and that you could forward their contact information to Finbri who will be in contact for a free no obligation chat.

How you refer

There are two ways to manage the referrer - either way you'll earn the same commission from the first enquiry, and every subsequent enquiry, from them that completes.

Option 1: You stay involved in managing the enquiry

  1. You send us the details for the finance
  2. We provide you with finance options
  3. You present those options to your client
  4. Your client chooses an option
  5. You then hand over the relationship to us and we complete the finance arrangement
  6. Upon successful completion you receive your commission.

Option 2: Our expert manage the whole process

  1. You send us the contact details for the client and a brief summary of finance required
  2. We contact the client, discuss their options
  3. We provide the client with a finance proposal
  4. Your client chooses an option
  5. We then complete the finance arrangement
  6. Upon successful completion you receive your commission.

Remember - either way, if the client returns to us for further finance, you'll receive the same commission structure for every successful completion.
